About your request
We can offer a 3 month payment holiday. If your circumstances are temporary and you consider that a 1 or 2 month payment holiday would be more appropriate for you, please select accordingly.
Please note, due to a high volume of requests it may take us longer than usual to process your request, however we will do our best to ensure your holiday starts in line with your request. We will write to you to confirm when the payment holiday is in place. If a payment has already been made, your payment holiday will start from the following month.
If your monthly payment is due in the next seven working days, your payment holiday will start from the following month.
If you pay by Direct Debit you do not need to do anything, once the payment holiday is processed, the payment will not be collected.
If you pay by another method please arrange to cancel this in line with the date you would like the payment holiday to start. Remember you will need to set this back up after the payment holiday.
Once your payment holiday request is processed, we will write to you to confirm these details within the next 2 weeks. Towards the end of the payment holiday, we will write and confirm your new monthly payment ahead of your next payment. We will also provide you with the opportunity to discuss alternative repayment arrangements with us.
